Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched every working day. There is always a big chance for same day shipping, if order arrive up to noon (Hong Kong time). Each customer will receive information indicating that order has been sent out, including the tracking number (if available).

If any item is out of stock you can choose from following options

- Back order - missing items will be delivered later (we will pay second shipping cost)
- Withdrawal of missing items from order and refund a money
- Move missing items into new order

Price for postage and payment for goods

Price of postage depends on weight and size of the package. Most of orders will be dispatched from our warehouses in Shenzhen (next to Hong Kong), rarely from our warehouses which are located in Czech Republic, Germany or Hong Kong. All orders has to bee paid in advance using one of the offered methods (PayPal or credit card via Paypal - no need to register).

Liability for damage during transportation

Our company is not liable for damage during shipment (you can buy an insurance if you want to). We pay attention to packaging and all ours packages will be perfectly packed in order to avoid damage during transport.

Complaints and returns

If you have ANY problem please do not hesitate contact us by email or phone prior to sending items back. We will try to find best solution for you. Please be noted that we will not be responsible for shipping cost in both ways. You can return unused items within 14 days.
